Someone can open it if they want, basically everyone is a mod.
EDIT: Locking AGAIN. If a mod comes and writes a message about unlocking it, I'll be fine. If they just unlock it for no written reason, I can't keep this open.

i unlocked this just to set you strait mario, not everyone is a mod. ive stoped appointing mods until we get more users. so there, no its locked...
