I like Flobots and Green Day

Elbow. If you're not Brittish you won't have heard of them, and you probably won't even if you are Brittish. They play second fiddle to Coldplay and Snow Patrol but I believe them to be much better.

lots of people who like rock like him.
and NOT ALL RAP IS ABOUT CRIME AND RAPE, mario.
listen closely to any POPULAR rapper, not a stupid unpopular one, and you'll realize its about nonsense.

Admittedly, Rock songs are not any better. They promote drugs and sex out of marriage. Rap just displays much more the points much more obviously. Rock just does it a little quieter, but not always.
