Talk about The X-Files here!

I've been watching it on Virgin 1 (on 7 every week day). I really like it, and the one with the carniverous hallucination plant was outstanding. But IT ISN'T ALL ABOUT ALIENS. FOR GOD'S SAKE, EVERYONE, I MEAN EVERYONE, IS UNDER THAT ILLUSION. It's about the paranormal.

It is about aliens.
Fox Mulder is only interested in aliens so he joined the X-Files and that has got Paranormal cases in it!
1/2 of the episodes are about aliens.
The whole point of The X-Files is to find the excistance of Extra Terrestial Life!

that my freind, isnt completely true.

I hate you. But that's 1/2. Mulder is fascinated by aliens, I know. The X-Files are unsolved cases.

So far I've watched four episodes and two of them are about aliens. So generally it's about aliens and strange happenings.

Ive watched 40 episodes.
I think I know a bit more about The X-Files than you.

I'd have thought it was 50-50 from info I've been given, but the basic actual premise isn't "aliens", the basic premise is unsolved illogical cases, which is what X-Files (in real life) are.

i think that more episodes are about the paranormal but the show is giving you the inpression that it is about aliens therefor it is more about aliens

I think this is the first forum flame war, albeit a minor one.

Besides, the premise of the X-Files is too FBI agents who solve unexplained cases.

It's not about aliens.

It may have them in it a lot, but the whole plot of the X-Files isn't "two FBI agents fight aliens".
